Teaching is a job for the heart. You have to understand the basics of how a child learns, and how through trial and error, repetitive actions, stumbles and falls, perseverance and persistence a child can do anything he or she dreams up.

At this foundation of childhood, the security of routine, incitement of imagination and the right to be heard is of utmost importance.

Magic Johnson –  “All kids need is a little help, a little hope, and someone who believes in them”

Maria Montessori – “The teachers task is to first nourish and assist, to watch, encourage, guide, induce, rather than interfere, prescribe, restrict.”
